How do I read the book I have purchased?

Please download either android app or windows app depending on where do you want to access the book from. Once downloaded, login into the app using the same credentials that you used to sign-in on store. The book(s) icon will appear automatically on the book shelf after some time. Go inside the book, download it and start reading

What are the supported devices?

Android

OS: Kitkat, Lollipop, Marshmallow, Nougat
Screen size: 5-10 inch
RAM: 1 GB and above

Windows

OS: Windows 8 and above
RAM: 2 GB RAM and above
Processor: Dual core and above

I purchased the book but still it is not visible in my bookshelf

Ideally book icon appears as soon as you purchase the book. In case it doesn't appear, please restart the app once. The book icon should appear.

How to install the Ignitor store App on your Windows PC incase an Antivirus program like Norton stops it?

Step 1 Open the Norton Antivirus and click on the "Settings" link to navigate to the Settings. The computer tab is selected by default.
Step 2 Click the "Antivirus and SONAR Exclusions" link and then click the "Configure" link next to "Items to Exclude from Scans." The Scan Exclusions window opens. 
Step 3 Click the "Add" button and then click the "Browse" button. Select the folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\Ignitor” to exclude from scans and click "OK" twice to add file/folder to the Exclusions list. 
Step 4 Click "Apply" and then "OK" to apply and save the new settings. 
Step 5 Click the "Configure" link next to "Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect, SONAR and download “Intelligence Detection." 
Step 6 Follow the same steps to add file/folder to “Auto-Protect, SONAR” and download “Intelligence Detection Exclusions list”. 
Step 7 Click "OK" to return to the main Norton Antivirus window.
